What ages do we see our patients?

We provide dental care for children starting from the eruption of their first tooth through age 21. The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry recommends scheduling your child’s first dental visit by their first birthday or within six months of their first tooth appearing. During this initial visit, we’ll perform an oral exam and offer personalized home care tips to help you care for your child’s growing smile.

Your child’s first dental cleaning is typically recommended once their primary teeth have started to erupt, which usually occurs between 12 and 36 months of age. At this appointment, your child will also receive brushing instructions and a comprehensive exam from one of our dentists.

To maintain a healthy smile, we recommend scheduling regular dental check-ups every six months. These visits help ensure your child’s teeth and gums stay in great shape as they grow!.
